We provides a prompt shipping service and aim to pack&ship your order within three working days of purchase. We offer two shipping methods:

DHL International Shipping: up to 3 days from delivery confirmation.
EMS Express mail service: up to 10 days from delivery confirmation.

International Custom Duties

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government.
Please note that Vive Ninette (November Pte. Ltd.) has no control over how much you are charged for customs. 
Kindly understand that Vive Ninette (November Pte. Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Returns & Replacement

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All packages are to be fully insured and you must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.
No refunds are issued for reduced/sale items.
Kindly note that all the products are crafted and finished by hand and made with genuine leather. Crafting, shading or color irregularities are the natural features of the original hides and will age beautifully with time.
